• Interview between client/candidate once client compiled own short list.
• Feedback after interview from both client and candidate.
• Assist client with offer stage and candidate with resignation stage.
• Do final reference with current employer (where applicable).
• After candidate starts, do regular follow-ups to ensure all is well.
